Blight Study

The Purpose of this Blight and Substandard Determination Study is to apply the criteria set forth in the Nebraska Community Development Law, Section 18-203, to a designated Redevelopement Area in Malcolm, Nebraska, to include an analysis of the entire Village. as well as large vacant tracts of land that abut the northern, eastern and western Corporte Limits.
