Permits & Inspections
The Village of Malcolm will strive to assist you with your construction project in an efficient and accountable manner. The Village Clerk is responsible for processing all construction permits and plans for review by the Planning Commission and Village Board for approval. Inspections will be scheduled throughout the building process for all construction-related permits.
To obtain a permit for both residential and commercial uses, simply download the forms below (if available) or give us a call and we will be happy to provide you with the necessary forms.
